- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high level of professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM systems.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve escalated tickets efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to provide accurate support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center setting is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
