Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with patience and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex escalations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
