Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service to weekend visitors and residents
- Manage community center operations during weekend shifts (8am-4pm)
- Process registrations, payments, and inquiries using our digital systems
- Coordinate weekend events and activity scheduling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility environment
- Collaborate with part-time team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Positive attitude and passion for community service
