- Maintain a positive, energetic, and helpful attitude during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and support team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
