Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop best practices and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies, products, and procedures to answer complex questions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
