Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude.
