In this position, you will be the face of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Whether you are assisting existing clients or onboarding new ones, your role is vital to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Provide top-tier customer support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve Inquiries: Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions to customer concerns efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Learn our products/services thoroughly through our paid training program to answer questions confidently.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to maintain high call quality standards.
- Adaptability: Handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic typing skills and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and articulate verbal communication skills.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliability: Must have a stable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote or hybrid work.
