Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics for quality and efficiency
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays 8am-4pm CT with flexibility
