Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the internal database.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards during every call.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
