- Participate in continuous training on products and service protocols
- Monitor customer sentiment and identify improvement opportunities
- Support weekend peak hours with availability 8 AM - 8 PM CST
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience via digital channels
- Exceptional written communication with typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun)
