- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce)

- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through active listening
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm EST, flexible shifts)
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English
- Proven problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
