Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist clients with product inquiries, account issues, and technical support.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your scope of authority.
- Escalate complex issues to team leads when necessary.
Qualifications
