Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex account issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Identify upsell opportunities and suggest relevant products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated tickets and improve service protocols.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (1+ years preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes under pressure.
