Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries, process orders, and address concerns with a positive attitude.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or escalate complex issues to senior management efficiently.
- Operational Support: Manage weekend schedules, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure all service level agreements are met.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide authoritative assistance to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to share feedback and improve overall service delivery processes.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, update customer profiles, and assist in the processing of returns or exchanges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred but not required for our hiring event.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and some weekday evenings as needed.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: A friendly, patient, and problem-solving mindset is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
