Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and first-contact resolution
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining compliance standards
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
