Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Meet/exceed KPIs: Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in monthly performance reviews
- Adapt to new product knowledge during training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Clear, articulate communication skills
- Type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, web browsers)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Houston
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends as needed)
- No criminal background (background check required)
