Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries in under 5 minutes
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed weekly KPIs: 85% CSAT, 20 calls/day, <180 AHT
- Collaborate with technical team on complex issue escalation
- Participate in quarterly product knowledge updates
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving with conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional off-site events)
