Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently within the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, policies, and promotions to answer questions accurately.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
