Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call quality and speed.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote roles).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
