Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a professional, empathetic, and positive tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on products and services to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or chat support is a plus but not required for this Hiring Event.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
