Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism for healthcare clients
- Resolve patient inquiries regarding insurance, billing, and services
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, conversion rates)
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols strictly
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Basic typing proficiency (40+ WPM)
- Healthcare industry knowledge a plus
