Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Document interactions in CRM system with 98% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 25+ calls/hour, 90% CSAT, <30s hold time
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine skills
- Collaborate with team to improve processes and customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed (25+ WPM)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
