Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily resolving customer inquiries
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting quality metrics
- Upsell products/services during customer interactions to drive revenue
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain 95% adherence to scheduled shift times
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions for performance improvement
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance guidelines when handling sensitive data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid work authorization
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency with Windows OS and web browsers
- Reliable transportation to downtown Portland location
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- No prior experience required – full training provided
