Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for healthcare clients with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience

- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
