Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining 99% data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and retention
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through proactive communication
- Adhere to all compliance protocols and security standards
- Participate in daily team huddles to share best practices
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across digital channels
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
