Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and update customer profiles
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards when handling sensitive data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (call center background a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic software applications
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends required)
- Type 30+ WPM with strong attention to detail
