Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on Daily Pay transactional support.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately input data and process orders using our CRM software and internal systems.
- Build rapport with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in Customer Service or retail is highly preferred.
