Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the strategic technology roadmap specifically designed for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, ML engineers, and software architects.
- Drive the integration of generative AI models into core business workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical visions into business goals.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Advanced degree (Masterβs or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of scaling AI infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or edge computing is a major plus.
