Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning applications.
- Integrate quantum hardware interfaces (Qiskit, Cirq) with cloud-based AI pipelines.
- Conduct research into quantum error correction and noise mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into quantum solutions.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in quantum software development.
- Optimize quantum circuits for specific NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum simulators and quantum cloud providers (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
