Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning company vision with tangible business outcomes.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and biotech, to identify disruptive opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional 'Foresight Teams' to explore potential future scenarios and stress-test current business models against them.
- Establish partnerships with industry thought leaders, futurists, and academic institutions to continuously expand our knowledge base.
- Communicate complex future trends to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, persuasive manner.
- Oversee the development of 'Blue Ocean' strategies that leverage 2026 market readiness for our core products.
- Identify potential risks and regulatory changes in the coming years and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, technology management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating organizational change and leading long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential commercial applications by the year 2026.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic narratives.
