Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive long-term strategies to prepare the organization for the operational landscape of 2026, including the integration of AI and remote-first work models.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global economic and technological shifts to identify opportunities and threats relevant to workforce planning.
- Change Management: Lead organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of significant change.
- Policy Development: Draft and implement forward-thinking policies regarding hybrid work, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and department heads to align workforce strategies with business goals.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or organizational development within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about long-term implications and future-state scenarios.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Automation) and their impact on the workforce.
