Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, cancellations, and returns accurately within company guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and overall performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
