Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and transaction details into the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet (for remote/hybrid shifts).
