Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently using established scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume call periods.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM recommended).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace if applicable.
