Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Process customer orders, applications, and service requests via phone and online portals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior call center or customer service experience is necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong typing speed and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote positions) and a quiet workspace.
