Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (25+ resolved cases daily)
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume contact centers
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability for rotating shifts including weekends (4x10-hour schedule)
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Experience with payment processing systems preferred
