Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and training needs.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate computer software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
