Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Meet daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR targets)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adhere to HIPAA and PCI compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Clear verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 25+ WPM)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Tech Center Drive location
