- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Professionalism: Represent the brand positively and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and MS Office Suite; comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (open to candidates in Fort Worth, TX and Florida).
- Work Environment: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
