Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to resolve complex technical or service issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required (we train you).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
