Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Communications: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Document Interactions: Maintain precise records of all customer conversations and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle order processing, returns, refunds, and account updates.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Boost Satisfaction: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Technical Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
