Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Willingness to attend the Charlotte hiring event and complete a brief assessment.
