Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently using provided tools and resources.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and response times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with web browsers.
- Must be able to type at least 40 WPM.
