Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions using CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions into our internal database.
- Stay current on product knowledge, policy updates, and training modules to provide consistent service.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve overall call center efficiency.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and articulate telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote/hybrid options) or willingness to commute to our NYC office.
