Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order status updates.

- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
