Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using our proprietary CRM platform
- Document all interactions with precision in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with Atlanta-based teams to implement localized service improvements
- Maintain 25+ daily call volume with <90 second average response time
- Participate in quarterly community outreach initiatives across Georgia
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in regulated industries (telecom/utilities preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with Southern US regional dialect expertise
- Ability to navigate complex systems while maintaining empathy in high-stress scenarios
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional off-site client visits
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification or fluency required
