Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve service issues with first-contact resolution expertise
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Identify process improvement opportunities through customer feedback
- Maintain service level metrics (target: 95% CSAT)

Qualifications
