- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in our proprietary customer database
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master product knowledge and service protocols
- Meet performance metrics including call resolution times and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
