Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using our CRM system
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in customer service database
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years customer service experience (entry-level welcome)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new software
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid US work authorization
- Spanish language skills a plus but not required
