Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Process transactions, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with on-call specialists for urgent escalations
- Support inventory management and facility upkeep during weekend hours
- Train weekend associates on new processes and technologies
- Prepare daily shift reports and handover documentation
- Participate in weekend team meetings and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email)
